Qualifications
- Proven experience in security roles, law enforcement, military service, or related fields demonstrating strong conflict management skills.
- Valid certification in CPR and first aid; additional certifications such as CCTV operation or surveillance are highly desirable.
- Knowledge of security procedures, CCTV systems, loss prevention techniques, and emergency response protocols.
- Ability to remain calm under pressure while managing conflicts effectively and making quick decisions.
- Strong communication skills for clear reporting and interaction with team members, law enforcement agencies, and the public.
