Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Account Executive. Someone who manages the firm's most complex and highest value commercial accounts. They lead the client relationship at a strategic level, coordinate with account managers, guide coverage design, and often serve as the subject matter expert in one or more commercial lines segments (e.g., construction, real estate, professional liability). This is a high-trust, high impact role.
Primary Responsibilities
- Engage with prospective and existing clients through outbound calling, emails, and face-to-face interactions
- Define ideal vertical expertise, minimum book complexity and carrier relationships
- Lead all finalist interviews including a technical coverage discussion
- Confirm compensation structure - may include book ownership considerations
- Make final decision and lead offer negotiation personally
- Own client introduction plan and 90 day integration.
- Maintain detailed records of client interactions, data entry updates, and sales activities using Microsoft Office tools and CRM software
- Provide outstanding customer support by addressing inquiries promptly via phone or email, demonstrating excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
- Analyze client needs through active listening and data analysis skills to recommend appropriate solutions that meet their objectives
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client requests are fulfilled accurately and efficiently, fostering positive client experiences

Pay: $35,000.00 - $50,000.00 per year
