Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated Residential Plumbing Specialist to join our dynamic team and deliver exceptional plumbing services tailored to residential properties. Duties
- Perform installation, maintenance, and repair of residential plumbing systems, including domestic water systems, pipe threading, and fixture connections
- Read and interpret construction plans, schematics, blueprints, and technical drawings to accurately execute plumbing projects
- Ensure all work complies with local building codes, plumbing building codes, and construction regulatory standards
- Manage plumbing teams on-site by supervising tasks such as pipe installation, welding, assembly, and heavy lifting to ensure safety and efficiency
- Conduct building code analysis and troubleshoot plumbing issues using mechanical knowledge and field service experience
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, and other construction tools effectively during project execution
- Coordinate with project managers and clients to deliver timely solutions while maintaining excellent customer service standards
- Maintain detailed records of work performed, including schematics updates, maintenance logs, and inspection reports
Qualifications
- Proven experience in construction plumbing with a strong background in residential plumbing projects
- Knowledge of plumbing system maintenance and repair techniques along with understanding of HVAC systems is preferred
- Familiarity with construction estimating, managing plumbing teams, and interpreting technical drawings or schematics
- Ability to read blueprints accurately and analyze building codes for compliance purposes
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, pipe threading equipment, welding techniques, and heavy lifting safely
- Strong mechanical aptitude combined with basic math skills for precise measurements and calculations
- Experience working on construction sites with knowledge of construction plans and regulatory compliance standards
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly to clients and team members
