Join a Growing Private Practice Serving Both Adults and Children
NeuroRehab and Speech Healers is seeking a compassionate, motivated, and highly skilled Speech-Language Pathologist to join our growing private practice in Sarasota, Florida. This is a part-time position with the opportunity to grow into a full-time role as our caseload continues to expand.
Our practice provides high-quality speech-language pathology services to both adults and children, with approximately 70% of the caseload consisting of adults. Services are delivered through a combination of preferably in-person and telehealth visits.
Compensation
* $30 per 30 minute direct patient care
* $70 per completed evaluation (60-90 minutes)
* 10% administrative stipend
* Opportunity for increased hours and career growth as caseload expands
* Assistance provided for obtaining New Jersey/ New York licensure
Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations
- Develop individualized treatment plans
- Provide high-quality speech-language therapy services to pediatric and adult patients
- Plan and implement effective therapy sessions
- Complete documentation and required paperwork within our EMR system
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, physicians, and referral sources
- Maintain professional, ethical, and clinical standards of care
Qualifications
- Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Current Florida Speech-Language Pathology license required
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Willingness to obtain New Jersey and New York licensure (licensure costs supported by employer)
- Experience working with both pediatric and adult populations preferred
- Strong communication, organization, and documentation skills
- Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment
