We are seeking an experienced, visionary, and collaborative Curriculum Director to lead the development, implementation, and continuous improvement of our academic programs across both campuses. Serving students from PreK through 12th grade, the Curriculum Director will ensure curricular alignment, academic excellence, and instructional consistency while supporting teachers and administrators in providing a rigorous, engaging, and student-centered educational experience.
The ideal candidate is a strong instructional leader with a passion for curriculum design, faculty development, educational innovation, and data-informed decision-making.

Develop, implement, and oversee a cohesive PreK–12 curriculum aligned with school mission, academic standards, and college/career readiness expectations.

Ensure vertical and horizontal curriculum alignment across all grade levels and subject areas.

Conduct regular curriculum reviews and recommend updates based on educational research and best practices.

Coordinate curriculum mapping and pacing guides across both campuses.

Support teachers in implementing high-quality instructional practices.

Provide coaching, mentoring, and professional development for faculty.

Collaborate with principals and department leaders to improve student achievement.

Assist with classroom observations and instructional feedback.

Analyze student performance data to identify strengths, gaps, and areas for growth.

Develop assessment strategies that measure student learning and curriculum effectiveness.

Monitor academic progress and recommend interventions where needed.

Plan and facilitate ongoing professional learning opportunities.

Support new teacher onboarding and curriculum training.

Encourage collaboration among teachers across grade levels and campuses.

Research and implement innovative instructional programs and educational technologies.

Lead curriculum initiatives in STEM, literacy, project-based learning, and other strategic priorities.

Evaluate instructional resources, textbooks, and digital learning tools.

Work closely with campus administrators, faculty, and staff to support academic goals.

Communicate curriculum expectations and updates with parents and school leadership as appropriate.

Foster consistency in academic programming between both campuses.

Ensure curriculum meets applicable accreditation requirements and state expectations for private schools.

Assist in accreditation preparation, documentation, and reporting.

Maintain curriculum records and documentation.

Master's degree or higher in Curriculum & Instruction, Educational Leadership, or a related field.

Minimum of five years of successful teaching experience.

Minimum of three years of curriculum leadership, instructional coaching, or school administration experience.

Strong understanding of child development and instructional practices across PreK–12.

Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills.

Ability to travel regularly between both campuses. (12 minutes apart)

Experience in a private school setting.

Experience leading curriculum across multiple grade levels.

Knowledge of accreditation processes.

Experience with curriculum mapping software and student data systems.

STEM and instructional technology leadership experience is a plus.
