We are a locally owned and operated janitorial service provider in the Tulsa area, seeking cleaners in the Claremore area who are available Part-Time (about 10-12hrs/wk) in the evenings during the weekdays.
Responsibilities:
-Perform general cleaning duties to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of assigned areas
- Sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming floors
- Dusting and wiping down surfaces
- Cleaning and sanitizing restrooms
- Wiping windows, mirrors, and glass surfaces
- Emptying trash receptacles and replacing liners
- Refilling soap dispensers, paper towels, and toilet paper when needed
- Following set cleaning procedures and safety guidelines
- Reporting any safety hazards or maintenance issues to the supervisor
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in facilities maintenance or commercial cleaning is preferred
- Knowledge of floor care techniques such as scrubbing, buffing, and polishing is a plus
- Ability to work independently and efficiently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions is important
- Good physical stamina to perform repetitive tasks and lift some objects if required
- Excellent time management skills to complete assigned tasks within designated timeframes
Note: This position requires working evenings and may require holidays depending on the needs of the facility.
