Embassy of Wyoming Valley is a skilled nursing facility in Wilkes Barre, PA. We’re committed to delivering optimal care for you or your loved one while providing all the comforts of home.
Our facility offers private and semi-private rooms with separate units for short- and long-term services. Our dedicated staff is one of the most experienced in the area with over 150 years of combined clinical and care knowledge and experience.
Responsibilities include:
- Assess patients' health needs and develop and implement care plans
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patients' vital signs and report any changes to the appropriate staff member
- Communicate with patients and families to provide education and support
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to coordinate care and ensure continuity of treatment
- Document patients' progress and outcomes using electronic medical records
- Stay up-to-date with current research and best practices in nursing
- Participate in professional development opportunities to maintain and improve skills
- Other duties as assigned
