Responsibilities
Conduct psychoeducational evaluations and comprehensive assessments
Interpret assessment results and prepare written reports
Participate in eligibility, IEP, and multidisciplinary team meetings
Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to develop effective interventions
Support MTSS/RTI initiatives and data-driven decision-making
Provide behavioral consultation and recommendations
Assist with crisis intervention and student support planning
Promote positive academic, behavioral, and social-emotional outcomes for students
Qualifications
Master's, Specialist (Ed.S.), or Doctoral degree in School Psychology
Active Florida School Psychologist certification/licensure (FL Dept. of Health), or ability to obtain before start date
Strong assessment, consultation, and collaboration skills
School-based experience preferred, but qualified new graduates are encouraged to apply
