CRNA — Outpatient Interventional Pain Management

Leave hospital call behind without taking a step back in compensation. Our established, physician-owned interventional pain practice is seeking a full-time CRNA for scheduled outpatient anesthesia across North Dallas–Fort Worth — top-of-market pay and real clinical autonomy, without hospital coverage, trauma, OB, overnights, weekends, call, or holidays.
COMPENSATION & BENEFITS
- $330,000–$350,000 annual W-2 base, by experience
- $10,000–$20,000 sign-on bonus
- W-2 with full benefits — or 1099 option

THE SCHEDULE
- Monday–Friday, 7:30 a.m.–5:00 p.m.; most days wrap by 4:00–4:30. Cases past 5:00 are uncommon.
- No call. No weekends. No holidays. No overnights.
- Outpatient interventional pain procedures only — no inpatient, trauma, or OB
LOCATIONS
Our practice operates five outpatient clinics across North DFW — Southlake, Flower Mound, Frisco, Richardson, and McKinney. The CRNA supports these locations based on the procedural schedule and patient volume, so comfort traveling between sites is part of the role. Weekly schedules are coordinated in advance for consistency.
THE CLINICAL ROLE
You'll manage anesthesia care for scheduled outpatient interventional pain procedures — pre-anesthetic evaluation and consent, anesthesia planning, IV sedation and anesthesia, intra-procedure and recovery monitoring, and documentation — working directly with our pain physicians and clinical team in a well-supported environment.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Active Texas RN and APRN licenses; current NBCRNA, ACLS, and BLS
- Preferred: ambulatory, office-based, IV sedation, or interventional pain experience
- Experienced CRNAs and strong recent graduates — including from Texas programs — are encouraged to apply
