The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in empowering and supporting Business Development Representatives (BDRs) by driving execution strategies, fostering a culture of continuous improvement, and ensuring team success. This leader is instrumental in building pipelines, enabling individual and team growth, and championing the adoption of best practices while achieving team quotas.

We are seeking a leader who is passionate about accelerating the impact of the BDR program while motivating and inspiring the team to excel on the frontlines.
Responsibilities
Recruit, Onboard, and Train: Oversee recruitment, onboarding, and ongoing professional development programs to elevate BDR skills.
Optimize Outreach Strategy: Enhance multi-channel outreach (phone, email, LinkedIn, SMS, etc.) to increase appointment-setting and opportunity creation.
Collaborate Across Teams: Partner with other BDR Managers as well as with cross functional partners like Field Sales, RevOps, Marketing/Demand Gen, Marketing Ops, and Product Marketing on all aspects of optimizing how we work together.
Qualifications
Background in software sales or ERP.
Skills:
Strong communication and presentation abilities, with a focus on KPIs and analytics.
Proficiency in prospecting, qualifying, and closing sales.
Familiarity with Salesforce, Outreach.io, ZoomInfo, Drift, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus.
