We are seeking a CNC Machinist on 1st Shift!
Pay: $$34-$38/HR
Shifts & Hours: 1st Shift: 6:00am - 4:00pm Monday - Thursday

Job Description
- Operate CNC and manual lathes, milling machines, and grinders to manufacture precision components.
- Set up machines according to work instructions, tooling requirements, and production specifications.
- Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical specifications to produce accurate parts.
- Execute, review, and modify G-code and M-code programs as needed for production requirements.
- Create, edit, and troubleshoot CNC programs while verifying accuracy before machining operations.
- Perform in-process and final inspections using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
- Monitor production quality, identify defects or nonconforming materials, and communicate issues to appropriate personnel.
Qualifications
- Hands-on experience operating CNC and manual lathes, milling machines, grinders, and other machining equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, manufacturing prints, and detailed work instructions.
- Knowledge of G-code and M-code programming, including the ability to read and understand CNC programs.
- Experience setting up machines, including tooling changes, adjustments, and setup verification.
- Proficient in using precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify part specifications.
- Experience performing in-process and final inspections to ensure machined parts meet dimensional and quality requirements.
- Ability to operate multiple machines and support various manufacturing processes while maintaining safety and quality standards.
