We are a modern, results-driven beauty studio collective (not a spa ;)) known for body sugaring, skincare-infused custom spray tans, and advanced facials. We blend science + ritual with a friendly, upbeat studio vibe. We currently operate in San Francisco (Pacific Heights) and St. Petersburg, FL.
Role
We’re hiring a licensed Esthetician who is confident with Brazilians (sugaring or waxing) and excited about advanced skincare. You’ll deliver 5-star services, educate clients, and help keep our studio running smoothly and sparkling.
What you’ll do
- Perform body sugaring/waxing (especially Brazilian + brows) with excellent speed & detail
- Provide advanced facials (dermaplaning, microchanneling/ProCell, LED, enzyme/peel-leveling)
- Custom, skincare-infused spray tans (we’ll train if needed)
- Treatment planning + homecare recommendations; retail education
- Maintain immaculate sanitation (virucidal standards) and room turnover
- Use POS/scheduling (Zenoti in SF, Mindbody in St. Pete); accurate notes + rebooking
- Contribute to our studio culture—kind, reliable, on-brand
You are
- A current licensed Esthetician (CA or FL, depending on location)
- Skilled with Brazilians and brows; precision + client preferences
- Curious about science-meets-nature skincare and results
- Punctual, professional, great communicator; team-centric
- Comfortable with retail and client education
Nice-to-haves
- Microinfusion
- Dermaplaning, LED protocols, peel/enzyme layering
- Social/content comfort (before/afters, quick tips)

Pay: $45,000.00 - $85,000.00 per year
