We are looking for a driven and organized Talent Acquisition Specialist to manage the full recruitment lifecycle across a variety of departments and positions. This role is responsible for identifying talent, guiding candidates through the hiring process, and ensuring a smooth transition from offer acceptance through onboarding.
What You'll Do
Recruitment & Sourcing
- Manage full-cycle recruiting for entry-level through management positions
- Source candidates through job boards, referrals, networking, and other recruiting channels
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates to support ongoing hiring needs
- Review resumes, conduct phone screens, and interview candidates
- Assess candidate fit based on role requirements and company culture
- Coordinate interviews and communicate with hiring managers throughout the hiring process
Offer Management & Hiring
- Extend and negotiate offers with selected candidates
- Maintain consistent communication throughout the hiring process
- Ensure candidates have a clear understanding of the position and expectations prior to their start date
- Facilitate a smooth hiring process from initial application through offer acceptance
Onboarding
- Coordinate pre-employment documentation and onboarding requirements
- Ensure all new hire paperwork is completed accurately and on time
- Serve as the primary point of contact for new hires throughout the onboarding process
- Facilitate a smooth transition from candidate to employee
What We're Looking For
- Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate assessment skills
- Excellent communication and follow-up abilities
- Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-oriented environment
- Experience with applicant tracking systems and recruiting tools preferred
- Must speak Spanish and English Fluently
- Must be able to commute to Brooklyn, New York, 11206
