What You'll Do:
- Lead onboarding and training of new sales team members
- Liaison with Shipping, Operations, Customer Service and Sales to identify and improve communication bottlenecks and processes.
- Develop a strong understanding of our products, sales processes, and CRM (NetSuite)
- Oversee and improve lead distribution workflow through ClickPoint software
- Provide operational support to the sales team in the form of report generation & formatting, metric tracking, and data entry review.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in either Sales Management, Sales Operations or Sales Training
- A passion for seeing growth in others through mentoring, training & leading.
- Past success in a sales environment. Inside Sales (preferred)
- A drive to succeed in a growth-focused environment
