The Role
We're looking for a Sales Associate who genuinely loves clothing and connecting with people. You'll be the face of Tess on the floor—welcoming clients, helping them find pieces they'll love, building lasting relationships, and keeping the store looking its best. This is a role for someone who takes pride in service and understands that selling well means listening well.
What You'll Do
- Provide warm, personalized service to every client who walks through the door
- Build genuine relationships with our clientele, including discerning, high-net-worth customers
- Develop deep product knowledge across our contemporary and European brand portfolio
- Style and advise clients with confidence and taste
- Assist with merchandising, displays, and keeping the store presentation polished
- Handle sales transactions accurately and professionally
- Support restocking, inventory, and general store operations as needed
What We're Looking For
- Excellent people skills—warm, attentive, and naturally relationship-driven
- Experience with high-end products and comfort working with high-net-worth clients
- A real interest in clothing, fashion, merchandising, and sales
- A professional, polished presence
- Reliability and a strong work ethic
- Prior retail or boutique experience preferred, especially in apparel or luxury goods
