Job Summary
As a Lead Technician, you will be responsible for leading cabinet makeover projects in customers’ homes and in our shop. This role requires strong attention to detail, good communication skills, reliability, and the ability to help guide other team members on the job.
Responsibilities
- Cabinet painting, refinishing, and prep work
- Cleaning, sanding, masking, and protecting jobsite areas
- Spraying, brushing, or applying finishes
- Removing and reinstalling cabinet doors and drawer fronts
- Adjusting doors, hinges, drawer fronts, and hardware
- Reading job notes, work orders, and project details
- Communicating with customers in a respectful and professional manner
- Helping train and guide other technicians
Requirements
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Experienced in painting, refinishing, cabinetry, carpentry, remodeling, or construction
- Dependable and punctual
- Detail-oriented and quality-focused
- Comfortable working in customers’ homes
- Willing to learn and follow our process
- Comfortable using hand tools and power tools
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
