Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) – School/Camp Setting | 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Location: Forrest Hills
We are seeking an experienced Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to provide one-on-one ABA services to a student in a school or camp setting. This position is ideal for a confident, independent clinician with strong behavior management skills.
Schedule:
- Monday–Friday
- 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM
Qualifications:
- Active RBT certification required.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience providing ABA services.
- Experience working with aggressive behaviors is required.
- Experience implementing behavior intervention plans for elopement (wandering/running) and other challenging behaviors.
- Comfortable working independently in a school or camp environment while collaborating with educational staff.
- Strong crisis management, de-escalation, and behavior reduction skills.
- Reliable, professional, and able to maintain accurate session documentation.
Preferred Experience:
- Working with children with autism in school, camp, or community-based settings.
- Managing physical aggression, property destruction, and elopement behaviors.
- Familiarity with data collection and behavior tracking.
