Overview:
We are seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Manager in Training, to become an eventual Store Manager. This position offers the opportunity to develop essential retail management skills while working closely with experienced professionals in the industry.
Responsibilities:
- Participate in retail sales activities to understand market trends and customer preferences
- Assist in training development programs for new employees
- Conduct employee orientations and provide ongoing coaching and support
- Manage shifts effectively to ensure smooth operations and exceptional customer service
- Monitor pricing strategies and stock levels to optimize sales performance
- Conduct interviews and assist in the hiring process
- Support retail management in daily operations
Experience:
- Prior experience in retail sales or customer service is preferred
- Strong interest in learning retail management practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Demonstrated leadership skills and a proactive approach to problem-solving
- Familiarity with inventory management and merchandising techniques
