WHO THIS ROLE IS FOR
You are:
- A seasoned route delivery driver with verifiable experience (NOT UBER OR PERSONAL VEHICLE DELIVERY)
- Comfortable running Step Vans and high-volume routes
- Experienced with FedEx, Amazon DSP, or UPS delivery is preferred
- Reliable, efficient, and take pride in doing the job right
- Able to Pass Drug test (includes THC) and random drug test throughout employment
- Able to lift up to 150 Pounds
- OPEN AVAILABILITY INCLUDING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY IS A REQUIREMENT
- Able to commute to 13509 Waterworks St, Jacksonville, FL 32221(Warehouse)
- Reliable with no excuses

THE ROLE
- Run a dedicated route for FedEx ground with consistent expectations
- Operate Step Vans safely and efficiently
- Deliver with professionalism, speed, and accuracy
- Represent a contractor that values performance and accountability

REQUIREMENTS (NON-NEGOTIABLE)
- Minimum 2 years delivery driving experience (NOT UBER OR PERSONAL VEHICLE DELIVERY)
- Able to Pass Drug test (includes THC) and random drug test throughout employment
- Able to lift up to 150 Pounds
- Able to show up to work everyday WITHOUT EXCUSES
- OPEN AVAILABILITY INCLUDING SATURDAY AND SUNDAY NO EXCEPTIONS
(FedEx, Amazon DSP, or UPS)
- Step Van experience preferred
- Valid driver’s license
- Strong attendance and work ethic
- NO UBER/LYFT/ ANY PERSONAL VEHICLE DELIVERY
- Ability to meet physical demands of the job
