Job Summary:
Service Recycling is actively hiring motivated General Laborers to join our production team. This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, fast-paced environments, and opportunities to increase earnings through production incentives. We are looking for reliable team members who are willing to learn, work hard and grow within the company.
Responsibilities may include:
Build and repair pallets.
Wash and prepare pallets for reuse.
Operate machines safely and efficiently.
Use power tools and industrial saws safely.
Measure materials accurately with tape measures.
Lift, move, and handle materials (50+ lbs. frequently).
Maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.
Follow instructions, production targets, and safety procedures.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Requirements:
Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical labor.
Experience with power tools is preferred.
Good attendance and reliability required.
Ability to work independently and with a team.
Willingness to work in outdoor conditions.
Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus and may qualify for higher starting pay.
Schedule:
Day Shift: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM
Monday – Friday (some positions may require early starts, staying late, or occasional Saturdays depending on production needs).

Additional Information:

Hourly pay starts at $15.00. Production wages making $20+ an hour on piece rate, production work.
The ability to speak Spanish and English fluently is always needed and a plus.
