Position Overview
As a Taproom Team Member, you’ll be the face of our brewery. You’ll serve guests, recommend beers, keep the taproom running smoothly, and help create a welcoming atmosphere.
Responsibilities
- Greet guests and provide friendly, attentive service
- Pour beer accurately and consistently
- Explain beer styles and make recommendations
- Operate POS system and handle payments
- Maintain cleanliness of bar and taproom areas
- Assist with light side work and opening/closing duties
- Check IDs and follow all alcohol service regulations
Qualifications
- Must be 21+
- Previous bar, restaurant, or customer service experience preferred
- Knowledge of craft beer is a plus (or willingness to learn!)
- Strong communication skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Reliable and team-oriented
- ServSafe certification is a plus
