What You'll Do
You'll work directly with homeowners after storm events to help them navigate the restoration process.
Your responsibilities include:
- Prospect neighborhoods and speak with homeowners.
- Perform roof inspections after training.
- Identify potential storm damage.
- Guide homeowners through the insurance restoration process.
- Work closely with experienced managers and sales leaders.

Monthly bonuses range from $500 to approximately $4,000 based on production.
Six-figure annual earnings are the expectation for committed, consistent performers.
