We’re expanding our team and adding a Talent Acquisition &* Brand Coordinator* to lead recruiting efforts, strengthen our employer brand, and showcase the culture that’s driving our growth.
This is a dynamic role for someone who enjoys meeting people, creating engaging content, and representing a company with professionalism and confidence. You’ll spend time building relationships in the community, connecting with prospective candidates, creating social media content, and working directly with company leadership to attract exceptional talent.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute recruiting strategies to attract high-performing sales professionals and canvassers
- Build relationships with prospective candidates through networking, referrals, community outreach, and social media
- Manage candidate communication by phone, text, email, and social platforms
- Coordinate interviews and support the hiring and onboarding process
- Create engaging content for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, and other platforms
- Appear in videos highlighting our team, projects, company culture, and career opportunities
- Capture photos and videos at job sites, company events, and community activities
- Strengthen Champion Restoration’s employer brand and online presence
Qualifications
The ideal candidate is:
- Outgoing, energetic, and confident
- Comfortable meeting new people and building professional relationships
- Strong communicator, both in person and online
- Creative with social media and digital content
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working in an active role that includes community outreach, events, and occasional job site visits
Experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, marketing, communications, sales, customer service, or HR is preferred but not required. We value professionalism, initiative, and a strong work ethic above all.
