✨ About the Role:
As a Pediatric PTA at OASIS, you’ll help children improve strength, coordination, and mobility using fun, functional, and therapeutic play. You'll support and implement treatment plans designed by licensed Physical Therapists and collaborate closely with a team of dedicated providers who love what they do. Employees are expected to travel up to 20 miles from the location of the job posting.
✨ What You’ll Do:
✅ Carry out PT treatment sessions under the direction and supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist
✅ Make therapy fun, motivating, and purposeful for each child
✅ Support documentation of patient progress and response to treatment
✅ Collaborate with families, therapists, service coordinators, translators, office administrators, and support staff to encourage success at home
✅ Refer families to relevant resources as needed
✅ Follow HIPAA guidelines and company policies
✅ Participate in staff meetings and trainings
✅ Celebrate every victory—big and small!
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Licensed PTA in Colorado (active DORA license)
✅ Experience or interest in working with pediatrics
✅ Strong communication and collaboration skills
✅ CPR certification (preferred)
✅ Positive energy, adaptability, and a heart for kids!
Job Type:
- Full Time and Part Time available
- $45 per hour
