You'll play a key role in driving growth, developing lasting client relationships, and delivering innovative, energy-efficient building solutions that make a real impact.
What You'll Do
- Build and manage relationships with K-12 and institutional clients and some other verticals
- Leverage your technical knowledge to develop accurate proposals and estimates
- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing accounts
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and facility leaders on system design and integration
- Manage a mix of capital and service projects, from small retrofits to large-scale installations
What You Bring
- 3+ years of proven success in HVAC or Building Automation sales
- Ability to walk through buildings, assess scope, and create detailed proposals
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Solid understanding of controls systems and HVAC equipment
- (Bonus) Experience with EcoStruxure or similar platforms
