Responsibilities:
- The Manager, Clinical Education leads system-wide clinical education for inpatient and outpatient departments and nursing support staff across the Health Care system.
- This position is responsible for the development, coordination, and delivery of clinical education programs that align with organizational goals, regulatory requirements, and evidence-based practice.
- The manager ensures consistent application of competency assessment, instructional design, and staff development initiatives while fostering a collaborative and supportive learning environment throughout the health system.
Qualifications:
Job Requirements:

2-5 years of professional RN Experience

Registered Nurse in the State of Kansas (license unencumbered)

Bachelor of Science In Nursing

BLS certification must be obtained within 14 days of hire or transfer into the role and prior to providing direct patient care.
Preferred Job Requirements:

2 Years of demonstrated progressive leadership

Master of Science in Nursing /Doctorate in Nursing Practice

Kansas State RN Compact License
-
Nursing Specialty Certification (if not currently hold one, must obtain certification within 24 months of hire
