Starting Pay: $21.00 per Job Time Hour (JTH) + $0.45 per mile

The Position
As a Residential Cleaning Professional, you will provide high-quality residential cleaning services while representing Bay Shores Cleaning Company with professionalism and care.
Responsibilities include:
- Performing detailed residential cleaning services
- Following company cleaning systems and procedures
- Managing your time efficiently throughout the day
- Communicating professionally with clients and team members
- Using company-provided products and equipment
- Taking ownership of your work and delivering consistent quality
- Participating in ongoing training and development opportunities

Requirements
- Valid Driver's License
- Reliable, Licensed, and Insured Vehicle
- Ability to Pass a Background Check
- Ability to Pass a Drug Screening (Michigan-legal marijuana is not a concern)
- Smartphone capable of running company apps
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Legal authorization to work in the United States
