Massa Dental Center, a high-end, highly professional dental office in Naples, FL is looking for a full-time Lead Business Assistant to join our team. This is a front desk position with office manager duties.
Our doctors provide not only general dentistry but also TMJ treatments. Experience with this is highly desired.
Proven experience managing a large team in a multi-provider dental practice. Strong leadership, problem-solving mindset, professional communication skills and patient-focused attitude
4+ years minimum of dental front office experience is needed that must include:

Managing an office team

Answering phones/scheduling

Creating and presenting large treatment plans

AP/AR
-
Collections
-
All insurance process including verifications, pre-authoriztions, filing claims, working insurance denials and appeals

Posting payments from patients and insurance

Highly professional, yet friendly and accommodating demeanor
Office Hours: Monday-Thursday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. with flexibility to accommodate our doctors and patients.

Minimum Qualifications

Experience working in a fast-paced and customer-centric environment

Excellent communication and organizational skills

The position will have access to minimum PHI necessary for performing job-related functions; regular HIPAA training, aligning with the specific role and responsibilities, will be required; and the individual will need to protect PHI and maintain data safeguards.
Preferred Experience

1+ years of experience in a dental or medical setting

1+ years of experience with insurance billing and accounts receivable

Dentrix or other dental software experience

This is a standard requirement for dental office roles and must be completed prior to starting employment.
