We are looking for a positive, driven, and bilingual (English/Spanish) retail manager to be responsible for all sales/managerial job duties. Store manager duties and responsibilities include working closely with customers to determine their needs, answering questions about our products and recommending the right solutions. They should be able to ensure maximum client satisfaction by assisting and guiding customers to make sure they have the correct size and/or the right products for their needs. Store managers will be working independently so it is important that they maintain our store’s visual appearance and provide excellent customer service while consistently meeting our sales goals.
Responsibilities
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through positivity, patience, and excellent sales service
- Assess customer needs and provide assistance and information on different products
- Maintain the store clean and presentable
- Ensure that store inventory is up to date and coincides with our records
Skills
- Work experience as a retail sales associate or similar role is a plus
- Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
- Basic Math skills
- Solid communication and interpersonal skills
- A friendly and energetic personality with a focus on customer satisfaction
