Five Star Swim School in Oakland is looking for a dynamic individual to join our team! We are looking to hire a candidate that is dedicated, reliable, and has attention to detail. This is a part time position. Schedule will be Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday 3:30-7:30pm and Saturday and Sunday 8:30 - 1pm.
Our front desk is a fast paced environment. Your job will be to provide excellent customer service for enrolled families and those who are interested in joining our swim school.
During a normal day, you can expect to:
-greet and engage with families coming to the pool
-answer phones and emails
-give information and tours to interested families
-schedule swim lessons
-check attendance and communicate with swim instructors
-check the pool levels and balance if necessary (training provided)
-organize and ensure cleanliness of the facility
Prior office experience or customer service is a plus! Must be friendly, have a focus on customer service, and have an eye for detail. There is opportunity to grow within the company for those who exhibit the desirable qualities of a dedicated employee. Come join our team!
