Role Description
We’re looking for a Part-Time (15-20 hours per week) Retail Store Associate to join our team! In this role, you’ll provide exceptional customer service, assist with product and service inquiries, and ensure a smooth and efficient experience for every customer. This position requires flexibility to work between our current location off Highway 20 and our new location opening near Costco.
Key Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and assess their needs.
- Provide detailed information about products, services, and shipping options.
- Recommend the best shipping solutions based on customer requirements.
- Accurately enter and process shipping transactions.
Qualifications:
- Prior experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport quickly.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including proficient typing ability.
- Must be a Notary Public or willing to become a Notary Public quickly.
- Must be willing to work Mondays, Tuesdays and Saturdays.
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $18.50 - $19.50 per hour
