```Overview```
We are seeking a skilled and reliable Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service while performing tire-related services and vehicle maintenance. This is a hands-on role that requires proficiency in using hand and power tools, as well as strong mechanical aptitude.
```Responsibilities```
- Perform tire installations, rotations, and repairs
- Conduct wheel alignments and balancing
- Inspect tires for wear and damage
- Assist customers with tire selection and recommendations
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and concerns
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Adhere to safety protocols and guidelines
```Qualifications```
- Previous experience as Commercial Truck Tire Technician or in a similar service role preferred
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and physical tasks
- Knowledge of vehicle maintenance procedures is a plus
