Position Overview
We are looking for a reliable, skilled Plumber with excellent customer service abilities to join our team. The ideal candidate will own tools for the trade and have at least 2 years of experience in the installation, repair, and maintenance of plumbing systems. Responsibilities of this position include proper diagnosis of plumbing issues, timely and complete service and repair calls, and a strong commitment to accuracy and efficiency.
We provide growth opportunities with specialized training, as well as collaboration with experienced team leaders and managers.
Key Responsibilities

Diagnose plumbing issues, including water leaks and stoppages, and determine appropriate repair or replacement actions.

Perform installation, repair, or replacement of plumbing fixtures and systems such as faucets, toilets, shower valves, water heaters, and associated piping.

Pull and reset toilets as needed (including removal, replacement, and proper sealing).

Install shower valves and other plumbing fixture valves (i.e., diverter valves, mixing valves).

Diagnose and clear drain line stoppages and blockages (using snaking, jetting, augers, as appropriate).

Communicate with dispatch and other team members throughout the day regarding job status, parts needed, and completion updates.

Work independently on assigned jobs while ensuring completeness, minimal callbacks, and compliance with company quality standards.

Maintain strong customer service and communication skills: explain issues and proposed solutions clearly to customers, respect their property, and ensure a positive experience.

Knowledge of toilets, faucets, valves, and the ability to identify parts and recommend replacements when necessary.
Skills & Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of plumbing experience (residential and/or commercial)

Experience working in high-rise buildings is a plus.

Basic electrical knowledge is preferred.

Basic A/C knowledge is a plus.

Valid driver’s license with a safe driving record

Clean background and Drug free
-
Fluency in English. Bilingual is a plus
