ROLE AND RESPONSBILITIES
- Perform daily Quality inspection of inbound and outbound shipments (Raw Materials, Components, Sub
- assembly, Finished Product, etc.).
- Test all packaging components for proper fitting.
- Conduct physical and organoleptic testing of Essential Oils comparing to reference samples.
- Perform diffuser functionality testing according to laboratory guidelines and procedures.
- Conduct in line production inspections according to company procedure and requirements.
- Perform daily QC inspection for compounding as assigned.
- Perform daily checks on various instruments such as pH, scales, FTIR, etc.
- Notify quality Lead/Supervisor immediately upon discovery of any issues/discrepancies.
- Maintain proper documentation on all inspections and testing.
- Keep proper inventory records for all QC retain samples.
- Ability to lift, up to 35 lbs.
- Maintain laboratory cleanliness by utilizing 5S/6S methodology.
- Ability to consistently adhere to safety requirements while performing QC tasks.
- Routinely pull raw material samples and components using aseptic sampling technique.
- Responsibilities may be redirected according to company business demands as deemed appropriate by Quality management.
QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS/KNOWLEDGE
- Minimum High school diploma or GED
- Experience working in a warehouse and manufacturing environment
- GMP experience a plus
- Basic math and computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Organized and detailed oriented
- AQL Inspection and basic sampling technique
- Knowledge of cGMP, GDP, and GLP.

Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
