Serenity Circle is seeking dependable, compassionate Behavioral Health Technicians to join our team.
We are a small, locally owned behavioral health residential facility in Mesa, Arizona, serving adults with substance use disorders and co-occurring mental health conditions. We provide a structured, supportive environment focused on recovery, life skills, and long-term success. Our team is committed to treating every resident with dignity, respect, and compassion while helping them build a foundation for lasting recovery.
We are selective in our hiring process because reliability is essential in a 24/7 residential treatment setting. We look for candidates who demonstrate dependability, accountability, professionalism, and consistent attendance from the very beginning. Our residents rely on us every day, and we need team members they can count on.
We are currently hiring part-time staff for the following shifts:
- All Hours: Availability for on-call coverage and client transport to appointments and other needs.
- Night Shift: 6:00 PM – 6:00 AM
Responsibilities
- Provide supervision and support to residents in a behavioral health residential setting
- Conduct routine safety checks and document observations
- Facilitate or assist with therapeutic groups and daily activities
- Monitor medication self-administration (training provided)
- Maintain a safe, structured, and recovery-focused environment
- Assist residents with daily living skills and encourage healthy routines
- Complete accurate documentation in the electronic medical record
- Communicate effectively with the treatment team
- Complete light housekeeping and maintain a clean, organized facility.
- Perform basic office tasks, including filing, scanning, and preparing paperwork.
- Ensure the facility is clean, stocked, and ready for the incoming day shift.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required
- Behavioral health or healthcare experience preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
- Valid Arizona driver's license with a clean driving record
- Level One Fingerprint Clearance Card
- CPR/First Aid Certification in person
- TB test - Blood or two-step skin test
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screen
