We are seeking a detail-oriented, customer-focused Corporate Recruiter to join our onsite recruiting team.
This role requires strong communication, excellent follow-through, and the ability to manage multiple priorities while providing a positive experience for candidates, hiring managers, and our Human Resources team.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Manage the full recruiting process, including applications, pre-employment screening, candidate records, and timely follow-up through the ATS and recruiting platforms.
- Source, review, and evaluate candidates using ATS, Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, recruitment websites, and social media.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand hiring needs, manage candidate pipelines, provide updates, and facilitate timely hiring decisions.
- Deliver responsive, professional customer service throughout the recruiting and onboarding process while supporting HR projects and recruiting initiatives as needed.
Qualifications
- 1–2 years of recruiting or talent acquisition experience preferred.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to accurately process a high volume of applications and candidate information.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay organized in a fast-paced, high-volume recruiting environment.
- Excellent customer service, communication, and phone skills.
- Ability to build positive relationships with candidates, hiring managers, and HR team members.
- Comfortable working across multiple computer systems and recruiting platforms simultaneously.
- Strong follow-through and ability to manage the recruiting process from initial application through interview coordination and onboarding.
