Churasuko is America’s first Japanese Fusion Brazilian Steakhouse, featuring premium Wagyu churrasco service, an elevated sushi buffet, and a high-energy dining experience. We’re looking for fast, detail-oriented Food Runners who take pride in delivering food with precision, speed, and care.
Job Summary
The Food Runner supports both the kitchen and front-of-house teams by delivering food quickly and accurately, maintaining quality presentation, and ensuring guests receive an exceptional dining experience. This position requires strong communication, urgency, and teamwork.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver food from kitchen and sushi station to guest tables quickly and accurately
- Ensure dishes are presented properly and match ticket specifications
- Communicate with chefs, expo, servers, and management to keep service smooth
- Assist servers by refilling water, clearing plates, and resetting tables as needed
- Maintain cleanliness of expo line, runner stations, and service areas
- Verify all items (sauces, utensils, sides, garnishes) are included before running
- Help manage high-volume flow during peak hours and special events
- Support buffet operations by restocking service utensils and communicating low inventory
- Follow all food safety, sanitation, and cleanliness standards
Qualifications
- Ability to move quickly and stay calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions
- Positive attitude, team-first mindset, and excellent communication
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 40 lbs repeatedly
- Comfortable standing/walking for extended periods
- Restaurant experience preferred, but not required (we will train the right person)

Pay: From $15.00 per hour
