We are seeking a dynamic and enthusiastic Waiter/Server to join our vibrant food service team. Responsibilities
- Greet guests warmly and provide attentive, personalized service throughout their dining experience
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Aloha POS or Micros POS, ensuring all special requests are noted and fulfilled
- Upsell menu items and beverages to enhance guest satisfaction and increase sales opportunities
- Serve food and drinks efficiently while maintaining high standards of cleanliness, sanitation, and food safety
- Assist with bussing tables, resetting for new guests, and managing guest relations to foster a welcoming atmosphere
- Handle cash transactions accurately using POS systems and ensure proper cash handling procedures are followed
- Collaborate with kitchen staff and host/hostess team members to coordinate timely service delivery in fine dining or nightclub settings
Requirements
- Previous restaurant or food industry experience is preferred, especially in fine dining or nightclub environments
- Proficiency with POS systems such as Aloha POS, Micros POS, or OpenTable for order processing and cashiering
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to engage guests professionally and courteously
- Excellent time management skills to handle multiple tables efficiently during busy hours
- Knowledge of food handling, sanitation standards, and food safety regulations
- Ability to perform basic math for billing, tips, and cash handling accurately
- Experience with serving techniques, upselling strategies, and guest relations is highly desirable
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed in a fast-paced hospitality setting
- No tips ,all tips belong to restaurants
