Bald Eagle Roofs & Exteriors is looking for a motivated Outside Sales Representative to help homeowners with roofing and exterior projects throughout the Columbus, Georgia, and surrounding areas.
This is a field-based position for someone who is comfortable meeting homeowners, inspecting properties, explaining options, following up on leads, and closing sales. We are looking for someone who is professional, dependable, organized, and able to build trust with customers.
Responsibilities
- Meet with homeowners at scheduled appointments
- Inspect roofs and exterior areas for visible damage
- Take photos, measurements, and detailed notes
- Explain roofing options, warranties, and the sales process
- Prepare and present estimates
- Follow up with customers until a decision is made
- Maintain accurate notes in the company CRM
- Communicate with management and the production team
- Help generate referrals and additional sales opportunities
- Represent Bald Eagle professionally in the community
Qualifications
- Previous outside sales experience preferred
- Roofing, construction, insurance, or home improvement experience is helpful
- Strong communication and follow-up skills
- Comfortable speaking with homeowners and asking for the sale
- Able to work independently and manage a daily schedule
- Basic computer and smartphone skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Able to climb ladders and safely inspect residential roofs
- Must be dependable, honest, and professional

Compensation
Compensation will include a base salary plus commission, depending on experience. Final compensation structure will be discussed during the interview.
Schedule
This is a full-time position. Some evening and Saturday appointments may be required based on homeowner availability.
