Customer service focused work in the Facilities Services Operation at Zoo Miami. Duties include patrolling the park and park facilities and enforces park rules and regulations as required, provides assistance to guests in the proper and safe use of facilities, provides CPR and First-Aid to guests as needed and provides security for zoo access, special events, concerts, corporate picnics, special exhibits, and other occasions. Zoo Miami is part of the Parks, Recreation and Open Spaces Department (PROS) and is committed to inspire people through engaging experiences to preserve nature in South Florida and across the globe through our values of being Welcoming, Caring, Fun, Collaborative and Dedicated.
