About the Role
As Initial Inc. continues to expand, we’re looking to add a motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as an AT&T Team Member Trainee. In this role, you will represent our client, AT&T, and help customers explore and enroll in essential services such as internet, wireless, and TV.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships, and gaining hands-on experience in client and customer interactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Engage with customers to provide support and service
- Educate customers on AT&T products, services, and current promotions
- Identify customer needs and recommend the best service solutions
- Assist customers through the AT&T enrollment and sign-up process
- Deliver a positive, professional, and solutions-oriented customer experience
- Resolve customer questions or concerns with confidence and care
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and daily activity
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Positive attitude and customer-first mindset
- Reliable, team-oriented, and professional
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Must be 18+ and authorized to work in the U.S.
- High school diploma or equivalent required
