About Cryo Clean Solutions
Cryo Clean Solutions is a Fort Collins-based mobile dry ice blasting company providing specialized cleaning services for commercial, industrial, manufacturing, restoration, and other demanding applications.
We have invested approximately $100,000 in company-owned equipment, and we are looking for a dependable, entrepreneurial person who can take responsibility for operating that equipment, generating business, managing customers, and completing projects safely and professionally.
This is not a desk-only operations position. It is also not a pure sales position.
The person hired will be expected to help find the work, estimate the work, schedule it, perform the dry ice blasting, manage the customer relationship, maintain the equipment, and close out each project properly.
This is a key employee role for someone who wants substantial autonomy, performance-based earning potential, and the opportunity to help build a growing service company.
Position Summary
The Dry Ice Blasting Operations Manager and Business Development Lead will manage projects from the first customer conversation through final project completion.
You will develop new business, respond to incoming leads, visit customer locations, evaluate cleaning applications, prepare estimates, coordinate scheduling, transport and set up equipment, operate the dry ice blasting system, communicate with customers, document results, and ensure that every project meets Cryo Clean Solutions’ standards.
The successful candidate must be equally comfortable talking with a plant manager, maintenance supervisor, contractor, or business owner and then putting on personal protective equipment and performing the physical work required to complete the project.
Dry ice blasting experience is preferred but not required. Training will be provided to the right mechanically inclined candidate.
