Our Asset Security Representatives are responsible for the safety and security of our employees, clients and facility. As an Asset Security Representative, you will control access, complete facility patrols, complete various facility paperwork, and monitor our CCTV system.
Responsibilities
- Access Control - Managing and documenting building ingress and egress
- Key Control - Checking keys in and out to bigbyte employees.
- Media Storage - This may include gathering, organizing, retrieving, or delivering media and documenting activity in an inventory management system.
- Public Relations - Interacting with and assisting employees, visitors, contractors, and clients when they call and/or enter the building.
- Reporting - Reporting regular building activity in log reports and reporting abnormal activity or observances. Communicate with Administrative team regarding any information delivered via Clients during interactions. Submit tickets and call appropriate personnel per procedures.
- Building Monitoring - This includes completing full building inspections twice during an 8-hour shift. Building inspections take approximately 1 hour to complete and include walking through gravel and walking up and down stairs. Utilize mobile and desktop computer applications for monitoring and reporting activities.
- Inventory - Interacting with Clients regarding equipment and media. Maintain all media areas in a clean and orderly fashion. Assign and record barcodes for all equipment entering facility. Updating (inputting/removing) equipment and media into ASAP and other inventory modules as needed. Responsible for completing Client and bigbyte IT equipment audits as needed
Requires walking, standing, going up/down stairs, and lifting up to 50 lbs. Must have valid driver's license and pass background checks. Availability and flexibility to cover additional shifts as needed is preferred. Company provides a well stocked break room! Please send resume if interested.
