Job Overview
We are seeking a reliable and professional Delivery Driver to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for safely transporting goods to various locations, ensuring timely deliveries, and providing excellent customer service. This role requires a strong focus on safety, route management, and efficient handling of deliveries using commercial vehicles such as box trucks. Prior experience in delivery driving, warehouse operations, or related fields is preferred.
Responsibilities
- Safely operate a vehicle to deliver products to customers and clients
- Load and unload cargo using forklifts, pallet jacks, or manual lifting techniques
- Manage delivery routes efficiently to meet scheduled deadlines
- Ensure accurate documentation of deliveries
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting clients with their needs and answering questions professionally
- Perform routine vehicle inspections and report any maintenance issues
- Follow all traffic laws and safety regulations during route driving
- Assist with warehouse tasks such as moving inventory or organizing stock when required
- Spoke or other delivery app experience
