Volunteer Security is seeking a dedicated and experienced Supervisors to ensure a safe environment for all personnel and visitors. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a background in law enforcement or military service, and the ability to effectively manage conflicts.
Duties
- Supervise and coordinate the activities of security personnel to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures.
- Monitor surveillance systems to detect and respond to suspicious activities or incidents.
- Conduct regular inspections of premises to identify security risks and implement corrective measures.
- Collaborate with law enforcement agencies when necessary to address security concerns or incidents.
- Develop and maintain incident reports, ensuring accurate documentation of all security-related events.
- Implement loss prevention strategies to minimize theft and damage to property.
Experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within the security industry or related fields such as law enforcement, corrections or military service.
- Strong conflict management skills with the ability to de-escalate tense situations effectively.
- Must be physically fit to preform functions of the position
