Once you've proven your closing ability, we'll start feeding you company-generated leads to help you scale even faster. This isn't a role where you wait around for leads to land in your lap — it's a role where you build the skills to earn them.You'll be selling premium window product lines, including Fusion and Genesis Platinum, backed by a company culture built on training, mentorship, and long-term growth.Compensation
- Training Pay: $750/week, paid out flat for your first 4 weeks — no draw, no payback, it's yours as you learn the system, product, and self-generation skills
- After Training: Commission-only structure starting at 8%, with the ability to earn up to 12% based on job profit
- Average TSR Earnings: $75,000–$150,000/year
- Uncapped income — your effort and closing ability determine your paycheck, not a ceiling we set for you
