About the Role:
MLC Manufacturing is looking for a reliable, hardworking Laser Break-Out / Material Handler to join our 2nd shift team. In this role, you’ll assist with removing and sorting laser-cut parts, handling raw materials, staging jobs, and keeping production running smoothly. We value quality, safety, and a strong work ethic.
Shift Schedule:
- 2nd Shift
Full-time position

Key Responsibilities:
Break out and separate laser-cut metal parts from sheets

Inspect parts for quality, burrs, and defects

Move and stage material for upcoming jobs

Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, or overhead cranes (or willing to train)

Package, label, and organize finished components
-
Keep work area clean and safe

Qualifications:
Manufacturing, warehouse, or material handling experience preferred

Comfortable working with metal parts and hand tools
-
Ability to lift 50 lbs and stand for most of shift

Strong attention to detail and safety

Willing to learn and work as part of a team
