Jake’s Restaurant is looking for a friendly, hardworking server to join our team. We’ve been serving creative breakfast and lunch in Northampton for over 14 years and are known for our fast-paced, high-volume service, fresh ingredients, and welcoming atmosphere.
We’re seeking someone who enjoys working with people, thrives in a busy environment, and understands the importance of teamwork. Our servers work closely together to provide exceptional service and help create the experience our guests have come to expect from Jake’s.
Position Details:
- Part-time position
- 2–4 shifts per week
- Shift start times between 7:15 AM and 7:45 AM
- Typical shift ends between 3:00 PM and 3:30 PM
- Breakfast and lunch only — no evening shifts
- Opportunity to pick up additional shifts and cover shifts as needed
Qualifications:
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced restaurant
- Team player who supports coworkers and communicates well
- Reliable, punctual, and dependable
- Strong customer service skills
- Previous serving experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate
Pay: $6.75 per hour
