We are looking for experienced subcontractors/part or full time employees with a variety of skill sets. If you are proficient in one or more fields we would like to meet you. Our work is primarily commercial and is very consistent so we can keep you busy.
Requirements:
- Must carry all relevant and/or required insurances/certifications/licenses for subcontract work
- Professional appearance, reliable, & courteous manner
- Personal & work references, background check
- Open to off-hours and travel work a plus!
- Have tools, vehicle(s), equipment a plus!
- At least 2+ years of experience*
- Pay commensurate to experience, benefits with employment
*Willing to train inexperienced candidates with the right attitude and long-term vision.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on-site construction tasks ensuring adherence to plans and specifications.
- Read blueprints and schematics to guide installation.
- Maintain safety protocols, manage material handling, and operate basic heavy equipment as needed.
- Coordinate with project manager and team to track progress, quality, and timelines; document work and report variances promptly.
