Registered Nurse (RN) – Autumn View Nursing & Rehabilitation
Location: Hamburg, NY
Schedule: Full-Time | Part-Time | Pay Range $36-$40/hour depending on experience and shift PLUS up to $7,500 Sign-On-Bonus

Autumn View Nursing and Rehabilitation is seeking compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurses (RNs) to join our skilled nursing team. Key Responsibilities:
Deliver direct nursing care to residents in accordance with care plans
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor resident conditions and report changes to the interdisciplinary team
Collaborate with physicians, nurse practitioners, and therapists
Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families
Supervise and mentor LPNs and CNAs to ensure quality care
Requirements:
Valid RN license
Previous experience in long-term care or rehabilitation (Preferred but not required)
Ability to work as part of a clinical team and communicate effectively
Compassionate, reliable, and resident-centered
